Many thanks, Dean! Actually, we should also thank running itself, because it&#039;s running that brings that combo of benefits. It&#039;s important to understand what we can achieve and how we can benefit from it. There are runners who are more focuced with just immediate task at hand (surviving 5 minutes of hill drill springs to mind) than the bigger picture - and that is our overall health.
