Thank you! I find schedules really important. Finding the right balance between what we would like to do and what we are capable of doing will make that important fine line between risking an injury and minimising it. Hydration and diet are crucial in the process. Currently I am in the middle of another marathon training plan and apart from my regular diet (a point where we are all so different), I am using and testing my own Mr Run supplement products to help my body actually enjoy the training as much as possible. It is also great that you enjoy competing with yourself rather than with others. That way the fun is unlikely to end anytime soon. Happy running! :)]]></description>
